online Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies(BAIS)

based on the curriculums of the Islamic University of Madinah, Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan, and
Al-Azhar University, Cairo.

Registrations  are  open  all  year  round  and  there  are  no  cut  off  dates  for  it.

When you sign up for a new account at 'Islamic Online University - BAIS'
the steps you need to complete your registration will be
mailed to your email address.

GLAD  NEWS  FOR  INDIAN  STUDENTS

The  basic  qualification  to  enroll  as  a   BAIS  student  is  a 
High  School  Diploma  /  Certificate  ( Class XII ).

If  you  are  qualified,  then  sign  up  at  IOU  for  a  BAIS  account.

Your  password  should  be  of at  least  8  characters  and  must  contain  a  capital  and  a  small  letter,  a  number  and  a  special  character  (eg: IOU.india2011).

Once  you  done  with  the registration,  a  confirmation  mail  will  be  send to  your  inbox.

Please  do  click  the  link  provided  and  confirm  your  Email.  Then  upload  your Certificate  and  a  recent  color  passport  sized  photo  using  the  link  below  -

Your  admission  confirmation  may  take  some  time  depending  on  the  number  of  applications  received. On  receiving  the  acceptance  email,
you  may  proceed  to  pay  the  fees.

Fees  may  be  paid  in  Indian  Rupees.
This  has  been  determined  to  be  Rs.3200/- , including  Exam  fees and transfer  charges  to  Qatar.

On  successful  payment  you  will  be  registered  into  the  first  Semester.

Simultaneously
get  a  color  photocopy
(not  the  original  document  itself)
of your certificate(s)  notarized and  attested  by  a
Gazetted  Officer  (Notary  Advocate)
as  a  true  copy.

Also, download  the disclaimer form  and  sign  on  it.

You  should  also  take  a  photocopy  of  your  photo  ID. 

Once you make the payment, these documents  should  be sent  to  the  below  address  by  courier  or  postal  service  -

Make Sure before your send:
  • You are sending color photocopy with both Notary and Gazetted officer signature.
  • Photo ID is enclosed.
  • Signed Disclaimer form is enclosed.

IOU  India  HQ  will  verify  the  documents  and  forward  them  to  IOU  main  office
in  Qatar on  your behalf.  IOU  India  will  charge  a  modest  fee  of  Rs.200/-
for  verification  process  and  forwarding  the documents  to  Qatar.
You can  pay  this  along  with  the  semester  fee.

Note:  Certificate  verification  by  IOU  India  office  is  optional.  Those  who  find  it  easy  to do  the  MEA  attestation  or  have  already  done  the  MEA  attestation  need  not  submit  their documents  to  IOU  India  office  for  verification.  However  one  of  the  two  has  to  be  done.
If  the  IOU  India  Representative  finds  any  uncertainty  in  the  verification  process   of  the certificates,  IOU  reserves  the  right  to  cancel  the  admission  of  the  student.
